Sep 6: 185 Well, dang, another 2 hours of hiking/fishing and worked out yesterday, but I had some crazy weird digestive issues all day, and this morning found that hormones are contributing to this gain. Gotta spend the next few days just gritting it out.

Things are really ticking now. At this rate I’ll pass my Sept goal weight if I keep on track!
IF has been going 2 weeks so far so I am happy with the results. I eat breakfast, just, later. I’ve cut off after dinner snacking as well. I’m keeping daily calories to 1400-1500 a day. I have no doubt it will slow down, but I’m ok with that, as it’s what happened last time. Keen to be at 70kg (154) before the end of the first week of Dec.
I just really never want to be my heaviest again. I’m just glad to have been able to turn things around before it got back there.4 -

whoops. I had pasta last night, so I can see how I bounced back up, it will come down over coming days, so I am not worried there as I was in deficit yesterday. Pasta is a given Thursday meal as I get home so late those nights and its the one thing the kids will get up and leave their After School Care for! Sunday's original GW is 80, so I am still on track based on my goal to lose 0.5kg a week.3 -
