Low Carb Group!

Hi Im Courtney. I have been on MFP for a while now. I've bounced back and forth within these pesky 15 lbs for a few years now. I've finally met my first goal and have a few more to accomplish. I have tried the Low carb diet in the past and I really enjoy it. Even though im still new to it (and its not brain surgery) I would like a support group to rant, rave and share!
Ill try to check in once a day (with a surgery coming up I hope I will still have the mind power to do so
PLEASE someone join me so I can have some sort of motivation!

I follow Primal Blueprint. It is low carb for weight loss but moderate carb for weight maintenance - the importance is the type of carb - veggies and berries. There is a paleo support group here in the forums but we welcome all low-carbers. (I stick with the low carb because my body just doesn't like grain carbs at all.

I do Atkins, and there's a thread called Atkins Support Group, but they offer a lot of encouragement, recipes and ideas for low-carb in general.0

Count me in. I started low carb about 7 weeks ago and am down 14 lbs, I'm truly shocked. My fitness pal isn't really set up for low carb, it keeps telling me I don't eat enough but I feel great and I'm not hungry. Wish we could track the glycemic index or the glycemic load in the App.
I ordered a couple of books from Amazon to get me officially kicked off on the low carb thing, I had been making up my own plan but I think I'm doing it wrong! Starting over as soon as I get the books.
I'll look for the groups other posters suggested, I would love recipe ideas.

I see that most of these posts are from a year ago. Is there still a low carb group? If so, I'd love to join. My husband and I have been eating low carb for a couple months now and would really like to talk to others on the same journey. As Math_Geek said, MFP isn't really set up of low carb.0
