Weight loss friendly take out options?

What are some of your weight loss friendly take out options? Nothing way too restrictive but also budget friendly. I don’t like cooking because meal prepping and grocery shopping can be a hassle so I usually buy my lunch outside which saves me a lot of time.

One of my favorite places to eat out is Tokyo Joe's. They have a build your own bowl that I love. You get to pick your choice of carb, protein, veggies, sauces and toppings. It can be high cal, low cal, high protein, high in veggies - whatever you want.

I get salads at Subway quite a lot, with grilled chicken and no cheese.

I’m so lucky! Right down the street is a place called Prep’d. They have prepared meals for bodybuilding. I’m not a bodybuilder, but I can have 1/2 of their protein heavy meals with a packaged salad for a great meal!
We have a new and very good Wendy’s nearby. They make salads special. So good!
    Subway, of course.
    Food truck tacos.
Not fast food, but fast and easy for supper on hot days. Lots of ice, a scoop of protein powder, a little milk(I like almond milk mostly, cause I like adding the nutty flavor) and fruit. A banana, peach, or berries. All in the blender until the consistency of a slushy.
Grocery store hassles? Braum’s is smaller, has a few good fruits and vegetables, as well as the basics—milk, bread, etc.
Dollar tree has a few answers. Hot pockets, soups. A little less hassle than most grocery stores.

Panda Express - mandarin chicken x2 and veggie side. (Yum. Maybe I need Panda for dinner tonight.)
