In a slump and need a jump!

Hello, I’m new to this and have been logging my food and exercise for 15 days straight. Not so much the exercise since I’m having a hard time with motivation. Any tips to help with that?

What helped me was a purchased a fit bit. It helps me get motivated, It also reminds me to get up and walk around! I love it. Because I want to get all my steps in i I'm constantly walking. I now park further away and take the long way around. Its the little things.

A step tracker is usually a good motivator, as said above. What are you doing for exercise? Do you enjoy it? You'll likely stick with something better if you have fun doing it. There are 1000's of things you can do to get moving more. So much more than running or lifting weights. (Don't get me wrong, the deadlift platform is my happy place.) Find your happy place - hiking, swimming, biking, rowing, walking, jogging, lifting weights, yoga, playing pickle ball, judo, soccer, roller derby, etc, etc, etc.
