I'm the new guy on the block, from Aledo, Texas. I join to use the carb counters due a new autoimmune disease that has taken up residence in my body. The problem is the medications I'm on cause blood sugars (diabetes) to go sky high, back to the introduction. I'm a veteran and a senior citizen of the Vietnam War. Unlike others from that war will discuss my year there openly. I'm look forward to the help the myfitnesspal will give me.

    I too am severely diabetic and utilize MFP for much the same.
