Though my weight bounced back up, I have lost numbers around my waist and hips. I was 110cm (43.3 inches) on the hips at end of August, I am now 106cm (41.7inches) My waist has gone from 108cm (42.5in) to 105cms (41.3in) which I think I'd call a win!
Remember to do measurements when your scales aren't moving as much as you'd like!

Having a pretty successful month lost 4.6 lbs in two weeks. 19 lbs since July 1 2022.
Last week my allergies were bothering me. Smoke from wildfires. Cough, cough, sneeze. Husband cough sneeze tired we both tested Covid positive.
My exercise has greatly diminished. I’m not eating more than my allotted calories but I stepped on scale this morning up 1.5 lbs. my official weigh in is Thursday. Tomorrow I can go back to work.

They not only went up over my but, they settled at my waist and I fastened them! Both pairs!! So, my new goals include getting into my less forgiving size 8 jeans by Christmas!4 -

Sep 6: 185 Well, dang, another 2 hours of hiking/fishing and worked out yesterday, but I had some crazy weird digestive issues all day, and this morning found that hormones are contributing to this gain. Gotta spend the next few days just gritting it out.

Sep 22: 178.4 So, my goal was 175 by today, I am close, and feeling good about where I am. Big win yesterday was trying on size 10 jeans to see how far I have to go to get them up over my butt. They not only went up over my but, they settled at my waist and I fastened them! Both pairs!! So, my new goals include getting into my less forgiving size 8 jeans by Christmas!
