Hi I'm Kristen, I'm a married mother to 4 kids and 3 grandkids. I'm starting this journey by using this app. and Bariatric Surgery. I'm a little nervous about exercising with my knees. The right went through sepsis and a flap surgery. I got streptococcus bacteria in my knee it's very rare. We think I got it on the cruise we were on.

    Hi! I'm scheduled for a sleeve on 1/9. I'm struggling with staying on track leading up to surgery!Maybe we can help each other :)
