Wow. I did it! That last freakin' pound is GONE. It may come back because I think it came off because of the flu, but for now Mr. Scale and I are celebrating. THANK YOU SO MUCH to all my MFP friends - your support, advice, encouragement, etc has truly made all the difference. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Me too! I actually met it yesterday according to the scale, but when I tried to take a picture my phone bumped up the weight on the scale! LOL! Today, I was actually able to take a picture with the numbers looking right. It won't be official for me though until my normal Monday weight in.
I think we may have started around the same time (May)? It's been a lot of focus and sacrifice. How exciting to be able to say "I've done it" and how scary to look ahead and make sure the lifestyle changes stay. Congrats and good luck! :drinker:0
