take some sugar free packets of your choice. Most mixers are high sugar, and diet soda is nasty with alcohol IMHO.

Mix your packet with a little less water than usual; add white liquor (vodka, rum, tequila), ice, and enjoy!

I like Crystal Light lemonade with vodka.

Any highball made with diet sodas are good. That is 80 proof whiskey or plain vodka with diet soda. Stay away from fruit juices and sweetened whiskey. Also, if its more low key (not likely!) dry red wine is about 120 cals per 4-5oz serving. You can also do wine spritzers which is wine mixed with diet lemon-lime soda (or something or other... not my particular favorite). Remember calories in and calories out. Drinking is tough because you need a good food base so your not sloppy drunk and/or sick. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Oh also, tonic water has calories, so you might steer clear of vodka/tonic.

clear liquor is likely the best bet.

    Vodka + diet tonic.
White wine + lots of glasses of water in between each glass of wine got me through last Friday night!

Just don't have any alcohol, its just empty calories.

Isn't that the generic response I'm supposed to give? :P

Either way, i can't really help, as i dont drink. :smokin:

have you ever had a Blue Dolphin shot? it's the best, and zero cals!

I'm pretty sure this is false. Just looked up a Blue Dolphin:

    1/2 can red bull
    1/2 bottle blue wkd
    1/2 bottle Smirnoff Ice
    Shot vodka

    Or here's another receipe:

    1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz Stolichnaya® vodka
    1 oz lemonade
    1/2 oz Sprite® soda

Don't get me wrong, this looks delicious, but zero cals? I think not...

Tequila shots would be for the best.

I know for my best friend's bachelorette party I'm throwing caution to the wind and not worrying about it.

Keep in mind that mixing alcohol with diet sodas can get you drunk faster! It has something to do with the (lack of) sugar and how the alcohol metabolizes..

Anyway, have fun, be careful, and if you do go overboard, make up for it next week!
