Today, September 23: 1 hr 30 min outdoor walk to the nearest town and back, and 20 minutes planks and reps
Total: 18 hrs 50 min

Sept 24: 34 min indoor multimuscle walk/dance and 16 minutes planks and reps

September 26: 40 min gaŕdening and 15 min planks etc
