So i mentioned to a male colleague that I walk from London Bridge to work every day it takes 30 min.

He looked at me wide eyed and was like you walk that every day, why?? I said its good exercise he said why your not that fat...

    I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about a comment from someone that thinks only fat people need to exercise.

    Don't worry about that, Men don't understand how the word "Fat" hurts women. It doesn't affect them the same way. Good for you walking everyday, and I am going to go out on a limb here and say that this guy that told you the comment is probably single, and I bet he wonders why. :)
