I'm Back

I'm starting the calorie counting again. This time, however, I'm not rushing things. I am making small changes at a time. I've started already this week by switching from soda back to water. My next step will be either fitness or changing my breakfast. I figure I will be more likely to succeed if I do small changes as opposed to changing everything at once.

A little about me. I'm a 32 year old sophomore in college. I attend George Mason University and should hopefully graduate in 2 more years. I am prior military, and have a beautiful wife and two daughters, one 4 years old and one 2 weeks old.

    I have a cousin at Mason and a daughter who has it on her list of possibilities :)

    Yeah, that's how I am thinking also. I don't know what other colleges are on your daughter's list, but I can't stress enough how great the professors are at GMU.
