I want to lost 0.5kg this week

My daily goal calories is 2275 kcal. I target to lost 2kg this month and 20kg in 12 months. I will be back on my previous weight again. I will never give up B)

    Weight loss isn't linear--the graph goes up and down, so be prepared. Your plan is doable, but 2275 cal is a high goal for a woman (going by profile pic) unless you're doing a lot of exercise.

    It's hard to control how much you are going to lose a week.If you are an active person 2275 calories is nothing.MFP said I should eat 1500 calories and I tried I can't even get out of my chair . Having no energy is tough. How are you going to lose weight without getting off your chair. Everyone is different.Don't cut calories too fast you are going to run out of calories to cut.
