I have always struggled with my weight. I just turned 26 and I want to make this year a year of getting in shape. At my highest I was 214 and got down to 120 (which I think I looked to thin and I got that skinny as a result of an unexpected life event). I am currently at 160ish and I would like to get down to 140-145ish which is like 25 pounds. I have no problem making myself working out (I usually speed walk for 1 hour a day x5-7/wk). I struggle with eating till I stuff myself especially at the end of the day. I can do well all day and then come 8 pm and I have no self control. I literally eat everything at look at. I need someone that holds me accountable for what I eat and maybe have a check in "partner" at a certain time to make sure I don't start eating everything but the kitchen sink. If anyone is interested let me know.

I just signed up this morning and am also looking for someone to partner up with. I'm 33 and looking to drop 35 lbs give or take, I'm really more concerned with overall shape than an exact goal weight. I live in Texas, so I'm on Central Standard Time. 8:00 is bed time for my kids, so it would be the a perfect time for check ins if we're on similar schedules. What time zone are you in?0
