look up (in a search engine) 'all day i dream about food', when you get there, on top left corner there is 3 lines, click on it and choose recipe index. all the recipes there are diabetic/keto friendly and lots are very easy to make.
As for store bought, i think birch makes low carb pancakes and waffles (in freezer area). highkey has a few breakfast products but, not usually found in stores, i get them on A. Magic spoon makes low carb/keto cereals.0 -
What are your specifications exactly? My husband is T1 and actually finds he needs his most carby meal at breakfast otherwise he tends to crash mid-morning.1
