I'm happy for you that you have reached your goal, really.
Bur from the little I know about Optavia, it's an (expensive) high protein low calorie plan. Something you can do for FREE on MFP
Furthermore, with it being so low calorie, it might work to get the weight off, but keeping it off long-term might be more of a challenge, unless you plan on following this plan the rest of your life.

Also, our bodies burn fat all day long, even without following Optavia and eating 6 times a day, It's purely optional - all you need to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit and eat in a way that keeps you satiated.
Anecdotally, trying to eat 6 small meals a day lead me to GAIN weight because small meals leave me permanently hungry, making it impossible to stick to. I lost 70+lbs simply using MFP for free.
