40! And need to get fit

Turned 40 this year need to get healthier, fitter and lose some weight. Hoping this will help 🙏🏻😂

    HI @samharding2021 and you will get help here if you let it happen, search the boards/groups for people that relate to your particular situation, or even just have the same goals you do, like me (except I'm 52, not 40) and track, track, track.. cannot recommend that enough... track. Everything from your weight, to your breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and water intake, no matter what. Even if it was a bad day and you "fell off the fitness wagon" - track it. You will be able to look back on it when you're having a hard time and find something in your history that you didn't realize was changing, but find a positive happening.. also, if you have a set-back and gain a little, tracking truthfully (never lie to yourself), will let you go back into your history and see what went wrong, what you did differently that may have caused a gain (sometimes it something as simple as not getting enough water to flush your system). Anyway you'll find that tracking and making friends here will become your way out... sending you hugs...

    Hi Sam welcome to mfp . This app defo helps me keep track of my eating so I avoid the bad stuff lol . And the community is amazing . Add me if u want but good luck on ur journey
