Hey!!! I train jiu jitsu here and there. Anyone else train ? I love how it makes me feel and I use it to cross out my cardio for the day lol

    Noy Ju-Jitsu, but I'm back at Taekwondo next Monday, after being off the mats for 5 years! I previously reached Co Dan Bo (provisional black belt) and it's time to go back and finish the job!

    I was going to start some kind of martial arts training and just as I was starting to check into classes locally, COVID hit and that was the end of that. Might have to start looking for them again. I have heard that some Veterans groups have free classes when you can locate them.

    I was considering Taekwondo along with some Tai Chi.
