Hello! Been on hiatus for too long but trying to get back at it. However, I have terrible pain on the outer sides of my feet when I walk/jog. Can anyone recommend a good shoe for this issue to help keep me on track?

Your best bet would be to go somewhere like a Fleet Feet where someone who is trained & knowledgeable can analyze your gait etc & make a recommendation based on that.0

Going to a podiatrist may help as well. They may be able to prescribe you inserts for what sounds like supination and your insurance could cover it - you could use it in other shoes. It may improve everyday life, not just exercise. Good luck and good health!0
