30 lbs down off my worst weight

I'm at 257 now, 287 was my worst.
Daily exercise, tracking calories, and quit drinking are working for me

    Exercise makes a big difference for me. I just got Covid so I don't have the strength to ride my stationary bike (I have one upstairs and downstairs.) The number on the scale is three pounds up - a pound higher than I've been for months. I can't focus on this right now. It just always amazes me how much of a difference it makes in losing or gaining.
