Same here man. I was at 275 at my highest back in June of 2016. I lost about 45lbs in 8 months
and kept about 20lbs off for several years, but this year I kind of let myself go and ended up back at nearly 272lbs. As of this morning I weighed in at 244.2lbs which is just over 30lbs from my worst weight. I'm sleeping so much better and my quality of life in general is so much better. Keep up the good work! Just remember there will be weeks that your weight stays flat, but don't get discouraged. It will be worth it to keep on going.6 -

Exercise makes a big difference for me. I just got Covid so I don't have the strength to ride my stationary bike (I have one upstairs and downstairs.) The number on the scale is three pounds up - a pound higher than I've been for months. I can't focus on this right now. It just always amazes me how much of a difference it makes in losing or gaining.0
