I just learned of this site today, and so far LOVE it. I hope this will give me that extra "shove" to keep on, keeping on:) In January i weighed 150 pds...the heaviest i had been since being pregnant! I started suzzane summers "summersizing" It worked REALLY well.in addition to exercising...in March I weighed in at 132!! since March I have NOT in anyway kept up with my helathy lifestyle, I o nly gained 5 pds back..But I saw where it was going so I'm trying to get back on track! It's been a week today with NO sugar and very little carbs, I have lost 2 pounds and doing my best to get physically active again.

    Welcome to MFP! Good job losing the weight and staying on top of it. It is easy to say "oh it's only 5 lbs" and then before you know it you are in a big hole.
