Hi everyone, my name is Jenn. I have had a myfitnesspal account for many years, but it has been dormant. I am a 52-year-old widow that needs to lose approximately 30-35 pounds. I am just starting THM today and wondered if anyone else out here is doing the program?

I work in the child welfare/mental health crisis field and sometimes work long hours and am on-call at times. I would love any support that I can get. Thanks.
