Completed the two weeks "no sweets challenge" from 9/25/22 to 10/9/22

I completed the challenge yesterday and feel great. My skin is clearer, get more energy without any sweets at all, and think more clearer now.

Congrats great job! I need to commit to doing this too. I’m such a sweets junkie and it doesn’t help that there’s Halloween candy everywhere.2

My advice is to plan everything out before doing it like countermeasures in case you are looking for something sweet to eat and how many days or weeks you are going to do it.0
