Hey I'm Jake (: I don't go to a gym but i workout 5 days a week. I normally would do strength training for 30 minutes and then i do around 4000 skips with the jump rope, then i will do some abs and leg workouts, i also drink 5 green teas after that haha and my diet is pretty clean. What does everyone else do for there home workouts?

All at home. Every other day I do either an upper or legs routine. Quick bike warmup then 60-75 mins weights. After legs day is rest day. After upper day is usually a longer bike ride. I'm early 50's.0

I run or cycle or hike. No gym needed. If I have enough energy I also do bodyweight exercises at home, or use rubberbands, furniture or kettlebells.0

I'm lucky enough to have the space at home for my rowing machine, bike mounted on a trainer, treadmill and power rack/free weights.
Typically I try to get in at least 30 to 45 minutes of cardio (rowing/cycling/running) daily or more if I'm training for a race and strength training 3 x weekly (push/pull/legs).0 -
Today I hit 90 days in a row on the Peleton. No need for a gym with that bike around. Tomorrow will be ride number 300.1

I only do home workouts (low volume) in the cold/snow season (assuming biking from home doesn't count as home, when I do that as part of my summer routine).
These days, Winter is typically alternating stationary bike and rowing machine for 6 days of each week, and adding some lifting (mostly dumbbells) 3 days a week when I can talk myself into it, and yoga/stretching anything from rarely to daily. Row/bike is only 30-40 minutes usually, depending on goals at the time.
Summer is usually 4 days of rowing for around an hour (boats on a river) but sometimes more; plus 2 days of road/trail biking for a couple of hours. That isn't home, but it isn't a gym, either.
