What is the best distribution for weight loss when is comes to % of total daily allowance for each meal

    The best weight loss plan is the one you can stick with. So whatever works for you.

    I prefer most of my calories over lunch, dinner and evening snacks, my breakfast is small or non existant and I don't snack in the morning and rarely in the afternoon, or intermittent fasting.
    Other people prefer smaller meals throughout the day, or more calories in the morning.
    Whatever keeps you satiated and happy while losing weight.

    Yeah, the breakdown per meal isn't really that important as far as weight loss.

    It IS important to get enough protein, fats, fiber.

    I find that the default macros on this site work very well for me, and if I strive for some protein, fat and carbs (preferably with fiber) in every meal and snack then it all balances out over the week.

    There is no answer to this, just wait works for you.

    I personally do IF and have 100% of my calories in one meal. That works for me, not for my spouse.

    Try to figure out how to work *with* your particular body and what it responds best to.
