Julie’s health & Fitness Tip

As a teacher, I know the value of correct knowledge; therefore, I like to report writing wrong ingredients. I am also a health conscious person who has lost 100 pounds using this super app while also keeping track of over 7 different ingredients to maintain the health of heart and kidneys. I’m frustrated if the app does not allow me to put correct info such as Vito Coco Coconut water having 646mg of potassium with 0 protein. I encourage others to read the label of what they are eating and drinking and make sure what they record is correct. This is group minded. I am truly grateful to God and MyFitnessPal

You can adjust incorrect information. But I think it only works on a computer and not the app. With regards to correct: also keep in mind that many products are available worldwide, often with somewhat different ingredients and nutritional info. Also, in a lot of countries things like potassium don't need to be mentioned on food labels.

I would recommend creating your own entries as often as possible, based on the nutritional information on the product in your hot little hand. Most of these entries are user created, so aside from human error, or people entering only the bits that are important to him, as above, you also have the same product marketed across the globe, but varying according to local laws, preferences, etc as far as the macro and micronutrient components go.
