Six- hundred days of logging in my meals! I am 68 Years of age so I don’t do the fitness routines, but I walk a mile every day with my dog. I joined a senior fitness group but am not consistent. It took me 18 months to lose 40 pounds, now I want to keep it off. But 600 days! I am so jazzed! 😄

    Wow, good for you. I usually log during the week but not on the weekend. I eat pretty much that same so I can eye what I need to stay on track. I love FP, it helps me to make sure I know where my food stands.
    Sometimes I don't eat enough, so that can be a big surprise! Keep going, it is all about health!
