Hi
I've just joined this site - which is great! I have a question about sharing information with friends. Is there a way that we can view each others food diary? thanks and apologies if it's posted somewhere else. I'd rather be exercising then sitting here trawling through old posts lol.

    Just learning the sight also. On Home, settings, you can allow friends to see your diary. Welcome and good luck with your goals.

    Yep... you just need to tick the option box to make your food diary 'public'. But you will only be able to view your friends diaries if they have made them open for friends.
