I was able to reach my goal of 100lb weight loss 3 years ago. Fast forward I got pregnant July of 2021. I have never been able to be the healthiest during my pregnancies with food aversion, nausea, and fatigue getting in my way. After a bit of a fight with it all and low will power I just gave up by eating whatever I wanted making it my fault I gained too much (80lbs) weight during my pregnancy and 4 months postpartum. I am nearly back to where I started before my weight loss. It's depressing but, I am trying not to stay sad anymore because it gets me no where. I began slowly eating better a couple of months ago but, still not where I want to be. So, I am finally going to move forward on a new sustainable weight loss journey now that my baby girl is 6 months old. Wish me luck!

I gained 60 pounds with my twins. You can do it. Buy a portion plate and drink half your body weight in water.0
