Hello. I am Ken from Hudson, FL. My age is 48, my height is 5ft-11in, and my weight is 206.8lbs. On June 17, 2022, I had quintuple bypass surgery, in total, 11 heart procedures, and as of today, I am starting a new lifestyle. I do not know where to start, but I figure working on the largest muscle groups, walking, and some rucking will be my focus. I was 228lbs when I entered the hospital, but I had a lot of water retention that meds have taken care of, and now I believe I have my accurate weight of 206.8lbs. I am not going crazy about dieting; just lowering my soda intake and junk food and eating more protein and vegetables. My whole life, my employment has been in sedentary positions, and they finally got me, along with my illusions of immortality. Painful and costly, but no worries, I am ready for the change, little by little.
