Here is the simplist stomach exersize ever. Just stand up straight with shoulders back. Now inhail filling your entire stomach with air(your stomach should expand). Then push the air out as hard as you can until you are just tightening you stomach. Repeat and it releaves tension as well. Green tea is great too because it helps things pass through your stomach. The longer food sits in there the bigger your stomach.0
