3 days in...still going...

So far I dont seem hungry, yet I dont feel that the amount of calories Im burning doing cardio is correct on this thing, I dont know, maybe it is, I am just going to trust it and myself and see how far it goes the next time I weigh in. wish me luck!

  • Good luck!!! And to obtain more from your goal, you need to focus on your food intake as well. There are low calorie meals
    that promise a lot. You might want to check it out.

    Wohoo! Good luck! i'm almost 3 weeks in. I just love this site. Time flies so fast and before you know it you feel great and are dropping the pounds :)
    If you're not hungry you're probably fine. Keep in mind things like climbing hills count towards your cardio and if you just put walking, it's based off of going relatively flat.. Example: on a treadmill at "0" incline.
