By it I mean my energy - someone inspire me to exercise today, my body does not feel like it and keeps telling my brain not to!

I hear ya! I was on a good 3 week stretch of working out every day and now this week I have only worked out once!! No energy!! I will work out tonight if you work out : )0

Are you taking a rest day from your exercise? I don't know what kind you are doing, but rest days can help. You may be overdoing it, expecially if you are running. A rest day can be a nice easy walk. Good luck.0

Do something! It doesn't have to be intense, maybe even some yoga. But, as long as you move, you're still burning the calories! Have a great day!0

Seems to me that from your photo you seem to retaining a little bit too much water so work that into a sweet sweat and that will help you along. In other words as we say here in the USA get your *kitten* to a workout or else! (That help?)0
