Hello,
I lost someone about a year ago and was hoping to find some friends that can share in the same grief journey as myself. I had finally lost 50 pounds and was feeling great when I lost my oldest son. After that I started gaining and can't stop. I am back on my weight loss journey and joined the gym. I hope I can get it back off.
Would be nice to meet others that are going through the same thing.

So sorry for your loss. I can't begin to imagine that pain.
It sounds like you're doing the right thing - back at the gym and trying to keep your health in check. Taking it one day at a time is all you can keep on doing.
I have lost both my parents in the last 2 years, amongst some other significant people. I have a better understanding of grief now, although appreciate everyone experiences it differently.
Please add me if you like.1 -
