Hey guys, I have really struggled to maintain weight for the last nearly 3 years. I am hoping to get the most out of this app, and move from consistently eating to doing some training or home workouts to build up some muscle and size! Some likeminded people wouldn’t go a miss, so if weight gain is your goal please give me a message or follow!

    Hello! Where are you at now and is there a specific reason why you want to “ gain weight”? Is it muscle?

    Try to eat clean as possible. Add more carbs. You need less protein to gain weight than losing weight, so you can convert some proteins to carbs if you eat a lot of protein at the moment. Eat 250-500kcals more than your maintain weight calories.
