It's o k to start over. My Arthritis Swim teacher said this to us, "Your biggest weakness is quitting. Do you know your biggest strength? It's giving it another try!" You can do this! For me, I've had to start over. Since my sister's wedding, in July, I've gained 10 pounds. It doesn't sound like much, but for a 4 foot 11 inch woman 10 pounds is a lot. I'm not even close to my normal BMI range. I'm at 31.3 almost on the line between Obesity class 1 and Pre Obesity.1
