Don't date that guy, don't go to that first college, start therapy while mom and dad are paying.0
-
Go away to college and get far, far, away from here.0
-
study, just because it doesn't come easy, doesn't mean you won't enjoy it0
-
It will happen to you, stop thinking it won't!0
-
Stay true to yourself.
Relax.
Turning down a threesome once can be be put down to nerves. Three separate times is sheer idiocy.0 -
Go to college.
Save that inheritance money from grandpa when he passes, single mom you will need it.
Push ex-husband to find jobs in New Jersey on his 3rd job search.
For the love of peter, paul and mary.....work out. Just because you're skinny doesn't mean you always will be.
Record EVERYTHING rude that bald jerk says to you
That just about covers it0 -
Ask for help now, not in a year's time when your brain fries. And don't worry, in a couple of years you get to leave home for good. It won't always be like this, and you will get through it.0
-
Don't date that guy or that guy, study hard and get into a good college.0
-
Stop being so snobby and try to make a difference in someone's day every day.0
-
Don't room with her, seriously.0
-
Jules - just put the Doritos down!!!
Finish college right after high school - who cares if you feel burned out - get it over with!!
Oh - and sex is not love.0 -
Don't marry that guy, don't marry that guy!! Stay in school!!0
-
Don't marry that guy, learn to enjoy running early, watch out for that hole (breaking your ankle will lead to many more injuries and problems), learn to eat well early and enjoy those fatty foods at special times not every day.0
-
Buy that Mustang you really wanted because adult responsibilities will be here before you know it.
Get therapy and learn to love yourself.
Go to college far away from here.0 -
Don't go to UMW because you got the acceptance letter, hold out 2 weeks for ASU's to arrive and get the hell off the East Coast.0
-
I would not give my 16 year old self any advice! I would not want to change anything because I wouldn't be where I am today with the 4 most amazing kids ever!0
-
I would really love to say "don't marry that guy" but I love my little monkeys too much.0
-
Your father will never change. In fact, he gets worse. And it's not your fault.
Of course, I wouldn't listen...0 -
Karen,
Don't get involved with that loser that you end up wasting half you're life with....pay attention to all the RED Flags!
Go to Italy with your Grandparents for God Sakes (my biggest regret in life beside the loser) and don't party so much!
Otherwise...you're fine ...Love yourself0 -
COPE with the death of your boyfriend. Do NOT supress it.0
-
Don't date that guyDon't date that guy or that guyDon't marry that guyDon't marry that guyI would really love to say "don't marry that guy"Don't get involved with that loser
There's a pattern here. I can't quite put my finger on it...0 -
Stop thinking everyone is out to get you and enjoy life. Dont spend your days worrying what others think of you and do everything that makes you happy :0)0
-
I would love to say don't marry that idiot, but then I wouldn't have my two oldest children. So maybe have the boys and get the hell out of dodge!
Also Mom is a toxic person, she doesn't love anyone but herself.
Spend more time with Gram, take LOTS of photos of her and the boys, all too soon her memories will be gone and she'll need to see and hear about the wonderful times she had in her life, your going to need them too.0 -
You're worth more than that.0

Drop the effing donut. Eat in moderation. Just drop the f%cking weight now so when you are 30 you don't have to haul your *kitten* at 4:45am to the gym!
Although you will love Architecture, maybe look into Petrochemical engineering or game design. If you choose Architecture prepare for the 5 most brutal, sleepless, and overworked years of your life.
Do everything else the same.0 -
Don't spend your days worrying what others think of you and do everything that makes you happy :0)
Perfect...I couldn't have said that better "smccarron1"0 -
Stay in the road biking team no matter hard hard it is to commit to as it will give you so many opportunities.
Stop being anorexic... you are underweight or hovering on that spot and need to realize you can eat more and be happy.
Don't take that job or jobs, you don't need them, and they just give you anxiety problems. Not every 16 year old needs to go to work. (I wasn't ready for this responsibility so I quit a ton of jobs at 16 while dealing with social anxiety).
Don't blow everyone off at school that isn't super fit or nerdy. They just want to be your friend.
Don't drop out of high school. It doesn't matter that your boarding school wasn't accredited or that your parents blew thousands on it. You should stick your 5th year out and go on to college with a goal completed. (I believe since I dropped out of high school when I aced my GED and went to Uni I started out on the wrong foot).
Don't date those *kitten* you meet just because they look cute and seem promising. They are nothing more except to squeeze money out of you and your parents.
Don't wreck that car. You'll hate having to walk all summer. And pay high insurance rates until your 22. :P
Everything else... keep doing because you are yourself. All these experiences will mold you as its part of your life.
I had a subpar failboat type teen life but I came out better because of it. I'm not in a bad marriage, on good terms with my family, active, no unplanned children, and I just got my Associates degree with plans to get my Bachelors. I've actually done more then my parents ever have and I'm only 23. So good on me!0 -

I feel the same way. The choices we have made, makes us who we are today. And I love me!! :flowerforyou:0 -
You don`t know everything about life,in fact you actually don`t know anything about anything.
Given that take your first instinct about what to do and immediately consider the opposite.0 -
He probably doesn't love you, but he could still be a lot of fun...just use a rubber.0
