Only a few pounds lost..But what a difference !!

My Friend Erin got me into MFP to help me watch what I eat and I wanted to lose about 5 pounds to get to my "happy weight". I am very active and have been for most of my life. I always ate things that were good for me along with junk now and then.

Being on MFP has been the most noticeable change in my life. I have been running and working out 3-4 times a week for 2 years prior to joining MFP but I never really lost weight my body toned up and I got stronger but weight loss did not happen until I joined here.

I am not trying to be a fitness model or even a runway model or anything crazy like that. I just want to wear all my adorable clothes comfortably. And after losing 4 pounds I am there!! Thanks to all my friends here, you keep me going, you inspire me to make changes you cheer me along and you deserve thanks, because I tried and I couldn’t do it without you! :o)
