New chick!

Hey all. Good morning. I am the other half to Ashalan_LMT and he his influence is apparently rubbing off on me to join MFP, eat healthier and exercise on a regular basis. My name is Amanda (he refers to me as Sprink), I am 35 and work as a Litigation Legal Assistant. In the last couple of years I've had some health issues which are convincing me to attempt to create a healthier lifestyle for myself. Plus I feel like a slacker watching (more listening to) him do P90X while I sit on the couch with our Greyhounds watching tv and eating Goldfish. So here I am. Be gentle!
