Bump appears when flex wrist forwards and is quite painful around it and to touch and it hurts applying pressure to palm

Maybe a ganglion cyst? They are common on wrists. I've had them...had a big one drained once, but they tend to come back even if you have them drained.
Since it's causing pain, I'd see a doctor to be sure.

Definitely see that it resembles a cyst poking out
Treating it with voltarol but draining isn’t an option
Will kino tape help and frankincense oil ?

None of those things will make the cyst go away, but if it helps reduce the pain you are having, then go for it.

It might go away on its own...it might not...but the only thing you can do to reduce it (at least temporarily) is to have it drained. If you're not willing to do that, then you have to live with it.

It take about 12-18 months for a ganglion cyst to go away. Wear a brace if it's bothering you. Other than that, surgery, but even that is no guarantee.

It’s not a cyst as it’s solid not moving under the skin and hard like bone

Thinking it’s the scalphoid as that’s more likely it’s in that area and it’s definitely protruded out where the scalphoid is

The cysts I have had have been solid and don’t move under the skin.
