I have worked my cruise phase galette out to be around 235.
30g oat bran = 115
Egg = 70
Light Choices fromage frais - approx 50
I add vanilla extract and ground spice into raw mix - and sprinkle with candarel and cinnamon when cooked.

I've never made one... would it work with yogurt? And do you use the whole egg?
H0 -
I always use a whole egg - but apparently you cam use just egg White if cholesterol worries. Dukan doesn't recommend more than 5 eggs a week but I average 7-10. Am used to having eggs everyday for breakie prior to Dukan though.
I should think yoghurt will work fine.
When making mixture do not let it stand - use straight away otherwise consistency is horrible.
Its a thick batter consistency - when poured in pan leave for 2-3 mins before flipping as it needs to set. U should notice little holes appearing in mixture as it cooks and sets.
Good with a squeeze of fresh lemon too.0 -
ooh will give it a go tomorrow0

as far as im aware the oat bran in the pancake should be the daily allowance, 2tbsp on cruise which worked out roughly 18g for me. my pancake works out at 150 calories
18g oat bran
1 beaten egg
15g virtually fat free quark
sweetner or seasoning
i use a little skimmed milk to thin the mixture0 -
I read somewhere that 2tablespoons = 30g 15g each.
So I was having 23g approx during cruise and have upped it to 30g ...
Big difference here.
I didn't have a tablespoon at home as don't cook but remember from school it's roughly 2 dessert spoons.0 -
o i see, ive been using weightwatchers measuring spoons- had them for over a yr and never used them!!! to be honest iv always used the same measurements as you, 15 per tbsp but when i found the measuring spoons i used them instead, i was suprised at the difference. i dnt know if its the right amount so i just stick to using the same measuring spoons and hope for the best!!0

I'm on Dukan as well. I have 2 tbsp of oatbran, one whole egg and 1 tbsp of non-fat yoghurt. I don't add anything else and just top it with cottage cheese and lean ham. I added it into here and I think it came to about 250 cals...maybe a wee bit more.
As long as you don't have cholesterol problems you can eat as many whole eggs as you like (obviously not in conjunction with a high junk food diet!!!)...There was an article about it on the BBC a few months ago.
On a slightly different note, I am a bit of condiment addict (ketchup, salad cream, mayo) - does anyone have an ideas for Dukan friendly sauces I can make/buy? I have been making my own ketchup using sweetener but that still has a relatively high carb count as tomatoes are fruit afterall...0 -

I just got used to having only balsamic vinegar and/or mustard. And considering I rarely have chips/fries any more, I don't miss the ketchup. You could probably get away with Mayonnaise though as I think it can be low carb?0 -

Thanks I think I'm starting to get used to this myself. I just wondered if there was something I didn't know about! I used to put sauce on everything...which was the problem I guess. Mayo isn't so bad but there is a lot of oil in it which you're supposed to avoid during the first two stages of Dukan aren't you?0 -
