Getting started for 2023!! Need to get on a healthy plan. Any tips appreciated.

    I’d suggest reading the “stickies” at the top of each board subsection, identifying members who have useful experience to share, and getting involved in the boards. You’ll learn an awful lot here.

    But the biggie is: get yourself a food scale and learn to use it, log religiously, and consider getting a fitness tracker. Once you “get” the correlation between how easily calories go in versus how much harder it is for them to go out, the lightbulb will go off.
