Error message when trying to access “My Groups” or “Bookmarks” at bottom of the page

I keep getting this message when trying to access “My Groups” or “Bookmarks” on either my iPhone or iPad. The iOS is up-to-date.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I have turned off Airplane Mode, on the WiFi network at home, and turned the VPN off. Still getting the same message (even after waiting a couple of hours).

Please accept our apologies for the issues you are experiencing with not being able to access the groups page in our Community section. We are aware of this issue some members are having and are currently working with our forum provider to resolve the issue.

I am the owner of the site and the main team leader but when I try to view the member's list I get an access denied message.

@Ceriusly1 I am having that problem as well BUT if I have a group saved under "my discussions" or "My bookmarks" or have a bell notice to a group, I can get in. Hope this helps. I am sure this will be fixed soon.

@LindieMaeP Thanks, I have all that but I can't see the View all members at the bottom of the page. I know new people have joined but I can't see who they are.

Same! I can get into a group from a notification or something, but can't access all my groups in any other way!!

I'm assuming a website issue since it's more than just me...

I too do not have access to it glad but not to see it just isn't me
