I re-joined last year, but due to excuses ! you say (close family deaths, illness’s etc) that I tend to eat more, when stressed….Why do I Always eat, and drink more when stressed ?
So, I have come again, at nearly the new year, knowing that I have 4 stone or 56 lbs to lose …I will don’t have an end date, I just need to focus and lose the weight again…I lost all weight my unwanted weight, 10 years ago, and felt great…for. Little while, the.
My dad died very suddenly, then I got the grand age of 50, my husband surprised me, with a two week all inclusive cruise
, So, after counting calories for a whole year, , to eating anything and everything, for two weeks, solid, especially, with your husband, pushing you, to enjoy yourself, eat more, enjoy yourself, eat more…. You carry on, BUT !! The trouble is, when you get back home, you are in a Different frame of mind, I never got, to the point, of ‘you have lost the weight, now start, to maintain the weight you are then go forward, with that…and I missed that, I so, wanted, to just carry on with life, enjoy, upping your calories, each week, so I could live and enjoy what I was eating, etc, etc., But that never happened, with me…
SO, now, this is my timeI am 60 in June, I want and will lose the unwanted weight!

You can do this! You have done it once before, and you can do it again. You just have to work on building good habits, so the maintenance phase is successful this time around!0
