Crossfit calories burned?

Hi all,
I'm 47 and more than a little out of shape. That said, I started Zumba 3x a week about 7 months ago and just started crossfit classes 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love it (as painful as the first few weeks have been). I've been trying to figure out how many calories to enter for workouts in my food/exercise log. Any idea? Also, crossfit made me HUNGRY the first week. Seems to be getting better although I can't eat for a bit after a work out. Hehe. Thanks!

everyday there is a different workout so every day the caloric burn can vary dramatically.
Best bet is to get a HRM and use that although with this type of activity it will most likely over estimate you burn as HRM's assume steady state cardio.0 -
Thanks, Eric. Trying to figure out if I'm eating enough or too much. I guess the scale and my jeans will be the judge...0
