    I somehow got roped into helping work on a transmission shift linkage for a Polaris utility vehicle - in an unheated garage - on a day it's only going up to 39° (and it's not there yet). What was I thinking?

    Decided to take some progress pics in non gym lighting for the start of 2023 to have a baseline....damn that *kitten* was humbling

    Do it out loud. I find that sometimes when I try to make the words go from my head to my mouth they sound different.

    Organizing my Christmas closet and drinking water. In putting things away, I found ornaments, etc that I'd forgotten I had. Rewarding myself with a coffee when I'm finished
