Anyone using the meal movement plan?

How has it worked out for you?

  • Well, I've had 2 meals on the meal movement and the food is absolutely delicious...I had a problem with hunger last night though. I got home and ate my dinner around 5:45 and was starving by the time it was around 8 pm. I was out at happy hour at little woodrows and it happened to be steak night so I ended up eating a steak and a potato. I was still under my recommended calories for the day and over my protein for the day. But then I added the beer I drank and blew my caloric intake for the day out of the water...

    All that aside, I am pretty sure I may need to add in more food with the Meal Movement. Perhaps I can drink some protein shakes. Or maybe I need to let my body get used to the fewer calories.

    Does it give you 3 meals a day? You probably need to add 3 snacks.

    I do one 2 hours after breakfast and one 2 hours after lunch and then 2 hours after dinner.

    Totally makes a difference!
  • Well, I bought the lunches and dinners package... I plan to make my own breakfast and buy my own snacks...Eggs and/or oatmeal for lunch and maybe almonds for snacks...
