Currently down 56 pounds since tracking here but down 62 overall since beggining of the year . 38 more to go till I reach my goal of 100 pounds down.

    wow you look amazing. i want to lose 20 to 30lbs. i am also doing intermittent fasting which made me lose my pre-lockdown weight of 14lbs. very inspiring
