From 404lbs to 189lbs …I have over 200 pounds to lose.

I’m doing the Keto diet with orlistat supplements and walking to the gym daily as well as stationary bike riding. It’s exhausting but I am determined to lose as much of my goal weight as I can.

    Getting started is the hardest part! I am doing low carb/keto and its a struggle to learn to let go of the things I crave...but its doable :) You got this!
